Depot Hill Modular Home Project – Amenia, NY
Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County is inviting qualified modular home manufacturers and contractors to submit a proposal for our Depot Hill Modular Home project in Amenia, NY.
The project consists of the manufacturing and delivery of a two-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom modular home, approximately 20′ x 40′ and not exceeding 1,500 square feet. A rendering of the exterior look we are seeking for the home is included. The proposed home should have a similar overall exterior appearance and style.
The project will include requirements for:
- New York State-compliant modular construction
- Dutchess County HOME Investment Partnership requirements
- EV-ready electrical infrastructure
- Design considerations for future accessibility/ADA modifications
- Manufacturing, transportation and delivery
Proposals are due by October 16, 2026.

Excavation & Sitework – Amenia, NY
Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County is requesting proposals from qualified excavation contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials, trucking, and supervision necessary to complete the excavation and sitework for the proposed single-family home.
Work shall commence after the building permit has been issued. Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County will notify the selected contractor when the project is authorized to proceed.
