National New Homeowners Day was created to celebrate new homeowners who have achieved their dream of owning their own homes. Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County has a special affection for this day. We know firsthand the joy and excitement new homeowners feel after purchasing an affordable home, and we are always proud when we can be part of that.
