International Women’s Day/Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build

International Women’s Day is a global holiday celebrated annually on March 8 to commemorate the cultural, political, and socioeconomic achievements of women.  On this day, Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County, supported by Lowe’s, will hold its annual Women Build event. This international program encourages women to make a difference by building and repairing homes to help improve local communities.
